I bought an eSIM whilst on holiday in Turkey. I bought the unlimited data thinking it was unlimited, however, after watching some YouTube videos it suddenly stopped streaming. I tried various things like switching on and off but there was no data. A message to eSIM revealed that the reason was “ the fair usage policy” which in my case was 4gb. I asked for a refund and this was refused. Eventually I was to it would resume the next evening (off 7pm on 7pm). I am really disappointed and will not be purchasing again.
