I still have a problem that is taking way too long to resolve. My issue is that right handle Hawklock that I bought has too much play in holding my rig - so it moves and ruins that shots that are hand-held. While I have been referred a couple times, I have had to order a new handle, so I believe that now it the time to get a refund.
