I liked the ease of the transaction. I didn't like that my iPhone 13 was evaluated at over $200 if it was in great condition. Well, even though it was not scratched or showing wear & tear, upon inspection, I was offered $140. After transaction fees, etc., the payment to my PayPal account came to $98. I could have received exactly $150 from Apple but decided to give your company a chance.
