The book was defaced when I received it.
The Kissing Hand is a wonderful children's book that every parent should read with their child/grandchildren. I know that I purchased a used copy which I do quite often - the words never change after somebody else has read them. I am sorely disappointed that this book was defaced when I received it. A child's (previous owner's) name was scrawled in blue felt-tipped marker across the inside of the front cover. Shame on you for allowing a product in that condition to be sent. /r
