I contacted them for updated tracking. They promptly replied with the information. This was my second contact with the customer service team. Both times I have been very satisfied.

Excellent Support Team
I ordered an item that was out of stock. The support team let me know this and ask me to select an alternative item. I did so and they promptly replied letting me know they would send my replacement. I have ordered items from them in the past and have always been satisfied with the product and the timely fulfillment of my orders.
