Erstbestellung, alles super gelaufen!
Habe zum ersten mal bestellt und bin zufrieden. Da einige Bewertungen die Qualität der Waren anprangern, möchte ich hierzu kurz auch mein Feedback geben: Ich habe Perlen aus Glas und Naturstein sowie Zubehör für Drahtschmuck bestellt. Mit Ausnahme der Edelsteinperlen waren alle Artikel von einwandfreier Qualität. Bei den Edelsteinperlen waren in jedem Strang immer mal wieder beschädigte, teils zur hälfte zertrümmerte Perlen dabei. Ich würde hier einen Anteil von 5% unbrauchbarer Materialien sprechen. ABER: Ich habe auch explizit die aller billigste Variante bestellt, bei der man auch bereits auf den Fotos große Qualitätsunterschiede im Vergleich zu teureren Varianten sehen kann. Von daher war mir dies im Vorfeld bewusst und ich habe genau das bekommen, was ich erwartet habe. Zusammenfassend denke ich also, dass die Qualität etwas von der Produktkategorie abhängt. Bei Naturprodukte sollte man also nochmal genau schauen, welche Qualität man aussucht und gegebenenfalls erstmal ein Probemenge bestellen, um dies zu prüfen. Ich weiß jetzt jedenfalls, welche Produkte ich dort bedenkenlos bestellen kann und kann vor allem Glasperlen nur weiterempfehlen. Mit Zollabfertigung habe ich keine Probleme gehabt. USt. wurde beim Kauf eingezogen und es kamen nachträglich keine weiteren Gebühren oder Kosten auf mich zu. Der Warenwert war jedoch auch noch unter 150€, sodass sich das Thema Zollgebühren und damit verbundene Abgaben bei mir gar nicht ergeben haben. Man muss hier aber auch sagen, dass der Verkäufer explizit darauf hinweist, dass etwaige Zollgebühren NICHT mit im Kaufbetrag enthalten sind und jeder selbst sich nach möglichen Kosten für den Import erkundigen muss. Dies ist jedoch auch in den meisten anderen ausländischen Shops genauso und dies sollte hier dem Verkäufer auch nicht zur Last gelegt werden. Zu guter Letzt ist die Lieferung auch schneller als ursprünglich angegeben angekommen. English: Have ordered for the first time and am satisfied. Since some reviews denounce the quality of the goods, I would like to give my feedback on this briefly: I have ordered glass and natural stone beads and wire jewelry accessories. With the exception of the gemstone beads, all items were of impeccable quality. The gemstone strands contained damaged, partly half shattered beads. I would estimate 5% of unusable materials per strand. BUT: I have also explicitly ordered the very cheapest variant, where you can already see in the photos large differences in quality compared to more expensive variants. From therefore I was aware of this in advance and I got exactly what I expected. In summary, I think that the quality depends somewhat on the product category. With natural products, you should look again exactly what quality you choose and if necessary first order a sample quantity to check this. In any case, I now know which products I can order there without hesitation and can only recommend glass beads in particular. I have had no problems with customs clearance. VAT was collected at the time of purchase and I was not charged any additional fees or costs. The value of goods was also under 150 €, so that the issue of customs duties and related charges have not arisen at all. It must be said here, however, that the seller explicitly points out that any customs duties are NOT included in the purchase amount and everyone must inquire themselves about possible costs for the import. However, this is also the case in most other foreign stores and this should not be held against the seller here. Last but not least, the delivery arrived faster than originally stated.
