Elavon is DISHONEST!!
Elavon is DISHONEST!! Their sales ppl represented their equipment works with international cards but it was False! kept denying causing me loss of clients in thousands of $.. Their equipment only works with domestic cards! After much trials to find right equipment, hours with customer service with no knowledge & hanging ups on me, multiple equipment sent, returned as non working, finally after months it started working just to face Elavon closed my account for not liking my frustration without single warning! All attempts to resolve failed. Their executives Jennifer, John are rude, bullies. They Froze my $17K for 90 days! And additionally debiting my bank account for $33,000 which my bank was able to stop. Awful company with non working weak equipment, bad customer service ! Avoid at all costs
