Return problems
We received the lamp in good order. However, when I wanted to return it, the problems started. At first, the company wanted me to pay the warehousing costs myself. When I told them this was not legal, they admitted that I was right and offered that I could keep the lamp with a 20% discount. I clearly stated three times that I simply wanted to return the product, but they were not cooperative. Eventually, I was able to get my money back through a chargeback. My advice: only order here with a credit card so you can request a refund if they refuse to cooperate.
