Recently purchased a phone from the website, the delivery estimate was like 10 - 14 days I think. I am on day 11 and have received nothing yet, when I checked up on thr DPD courier website it says that they have details of the order but have not received any package yet this has been like this since the 6th day. I message the company through there report a fault system a few days ago asking for more details on the order and have yet to get a response from the website. I will update this review as things change. Edit: Finally received the package, I can onnly guess there may have been technical difficulties with the report system. If I would have known the package was coming from the distance that it did I possibly would have being less concerned about the wait in time for the phone. Phone has came in good condition, some odd regional bloatware to be uninstalled after starting phone but other than that the phone is genuine.
