I have been a chat support professional for 9 years at one of the biggest companies in the world. Dakota is a valuable asset to your team! For the first time in a long time I felt as though someone actually wanted to help me. He toed the line between professionalism and being personable exquisitely. Good on tax bit for helping their customers navigate a difficult space. I do hope you update your pricing to be a bit more competitive. However, if that means compromising on this level of support don’t do it. I hope Dakota gets a raise. 10/10
