Deceptive Ad
They guarantee best price or its free, right? I got a much better price quote from Home Depot but I still got a bill. That being said, the flooring & stairs turned out great but brokering out the flooring wasn't what I expected. They called to reschedule because materials weren't in. They showed up anyway. Came 2 separate days. When they called to confirm the new date, the lady on the phone was shocked they were already at my house. Bad communication between office & workers.
