Nothing but fraud
This started back last June when received a defective vape pen for GEEKVAPE. reported within a month and said replacement would be sent. Checked numerous times between August and October due to no replacement. was told that unit no longer available was it ok to send a substitute which I approved, checked on it constantly from October til mid December and after numerous complaints was told it shipped around Dec. 16th. followed tracking number provided until it reached post facility in Georgia (sent from California) where it was held up starting Dec. 26th, filed complaint with USPS and then learned today that shipment was being held and not delivered because of counterfeit postage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION... I sincerely hope the USPS goes after them...

Horrible replacement experience
Purchased a DIGI Q Vista back in July by mid August the magnets in the pods would not remain stabilized, reported and asked for replacement, approved, waited 6 weeks for shipment (some due to tariff situation) checked a couple of times and finally told totally out of stock on Nov. 10th, approved a substitute and now still nothing after checking 10 days ago. AVOID them
After review again on Dec. 3rd, they reached out and once again said in expedited status with their shipping department and I would be notified of shipment plans. Here another 10 days NOTHING, just being ignored for purchase made in July and reported defective in early August. They truly don't care

New unit less than 6 weeks
New unit less than 6 weeks, DIGI-Q VISTA little magnets inside popped out and will not hold in place. under warranty if I'll pay to ship back to California from North Caroline. would be half price of a new one to ship back. Avoid dealing with them
Just received a followup from my review of 5 weeks ago!!! over 5 weeks ago, enough said of their service. they're reply was to call them, how do you think I got the information of returning this to California. I did call that was their solution. Not a reputable organization. over 5 weeks to answer a review.
