I wish that I had read the reviews before buying something from Home Depot. %80 negative reviews sounds about right. Horrible store. I wanted to cancel an order that hadn't left the warehouse yet but customer service said that I'd have to wait until it was delivered and then I could send it back. Stupid. When you have to have UPS pick up something it means waiting all day by the door because if you don't see them pull up and meet them at the door then you get a notice that says missed you. Even though I had a sign on my door that said I'M HOME. I HAVE A PICKUP. PLEASE KNOCK. The UPS person left a "missed you note". I called Home Depot "customer service" and they were as useless as ever. They also have the dumbest AI possible. I had to call UPS 10 times because their online "artificial intelligence" is beyond useless and infuriating. I bought the item that I returned to Home Depot from Lowe's. Lowe's is a much better store than Home Depot.
