Pray that nothing goes wrong
This is the second time that Drive Lah has failed to show up for a technical appointment to remove their now-defunct Drive Lah Go device from my car. I work full-time and have to make arrangements to be home for this purpose, yet Drive Lah - despite their apologies - doesn't seem to care, evidenced by a general lack of urgency. They have a great business model, but pray that nothing goes wrong when you engage with them, for it'll take the patience of a saint to resolve anything more than the simplest issue.
