We've been pleasantly and successfully working with Angela Houser near Rogers, Arkansas for the last several months. The gentle and sincere way she communicates put us at ease and gave us confidence in her knowledge, professionalism and personal compassion. While reviewing a variety of ALF options, I did click on a facility that Angela had not recommended but was aligned with a nationally advertised Agency competitor. Wow, what a disappointment that was! It felt like an automated, impersonal, sales/profit-driven assembly line. Yuck! By contrast, Angela and Care Patrol offered and provided a depth of timely information throughout the process. We felt "accompanied", never pushed. So glad Angela and CarePatrol were recommended!
