Total SCAM! 252 euros stolen - I am SOOO furious!
I had to choose 1 star, but my rating is ZERO! On April 13th I ordered the AMIRO eye Rejuvenation RF device for 252 euros for mothers’ day. 20 days later I received a broken parcel with a very cheap led mask that I did not order, and which was offered at less than $200! I wrote to AMIRO and asked them to send me a pre-paid label to return this mask and requested they send me my order. On April 27th, they replied that they would ship my order quickly. Since that day I have sent them more than 10 emails, but they are not responding. My wife did not get her gift for mothers’ day. Furious I asked them to refund my order several times but they are just not responding. They stole 252 euros that I saved for my wife’s gift. This company is a SCAM, thieves without scruples. I am so mad I listened to the influencers Tati and Cassandra Bankson. I am so angry for having been fooled. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Costumer service is disastrous. STOP this SCAM! I posted the review on their website on 13Mai25, which was verified by the third-party review app “judge me” but it was never posted. So, this is how they cheat with the high ratings for their fake products. I am so pissed!
