I ordered an item that was faulty (badly made what a waste of resources) They wouldn’t refund I had to choose exchange They wouldn’t send me the items I chose because they were part of a sale They made me accept a gift card instead to be used as a “new order” which made me liable for shipping. They refused to handle the shipping on the exchange. All of this took over 20 emails. My take: a dodgy company drop shipping cheaply made stuff from China - there are other brands selling the same items for less - upon googling them I found many other bad reviews (wish I’d done that sooner) and many other reviewers on reddit sharing the brands you can buy the same stock but cheaper. This is overpriced rubbish, the gold wears off quickly, items break, the staff refuse to do the right thing and send patronising emails repeating themselves to avoid having to be out of pocket. I will never order from them again. I advise others to avoid them like the plague.
