Never received bike I paid for and extra unauthorised charge from my account
I purchased PVY LIBON on 25th March - today is 9th May ! Had to contact customer service many times to get any update, or information I was offered instead different bike - if I would want different I would obviously buy different one !!! For delay I was offer €50 refund, and guess what ?! Instead of receiving refund I was charged this money !!! I did try contact company but no reply No just reporting this to the police and ombudsman as my next step Just want warn others about this company *** it’s only way to reply on pvy comment: I will attached here screenshots from your extra charges, and I did contact customer service on many occasions without any reply till I posted my review. As a reply I received “we didn’t charge you” which obviously is not true !!! *** update (25.05.25) had to cancel my order because was told will wait another month or more !!! Instead of receive refund I was charged over £1000 !!! Obviously dispute with bank and report to financial ombudsman Scammers stay away !!!!
