This mornings NHS eye exam with these guy in Asda Bromborough Opticians, outstanding, from the first to the last of the 4 colleagues, brilliant. Meet, greet, checking in, form filling & initial test, so positive, then the Optician, so so nice, explain all the way through, asking questions around my health & wellbeing, discussed there conclusion as we progressed through the examination summing up at the end in a way that was so understandable, then afterwards having the range of glasses explained thoroughly with all there difference, what could be provided, clear explanation of costs & time scales, all so patiently, nothing was a problem for any of them, including the boss with his helpful advice too.
