Erika was calm, kind, and the willingness to be helpful. Honestly, I didn’t think anyone would be available to assist. Erika ABSOLUTELY made my day. In addition, she answered on 1 and 1/2 rings and answered ALL of my questions which is EXCELLENT customer service. She was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. The small gestures we take for granted as customers, really make a difference. I wasn’t sure if people like this still existed in this era, especially in this field. Great job to the hiring manager!
