I feel completely let down by this…
I feel completely let down by this service. I signed up because the website advertised a free first lesson, but I was charged £39 and then continued to be charged every month, despite never receiving a single driving lesson. My tutor cancelled, I received no lessons, and I have never used the service. Despite this, over £100 has been taken from my account without me realising I had been enrolled in a recurring subscription. I am still waiting for my refund. Communication from the support team has been extremely slow, and there is no telephone number to speak to anyone directly, making it very difficult to resolve the issue. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety, particularly as I struggle with my mental health. I simply want my money refunded for a service I never received or used. I hope the company will do the right thing and process my refund without any further delay.
