Edited* I’m on day 7 and 33 emails and still no visa. Asked for a refund and they continue to refuse. This company is a scam and it’s been reported. Please find a different avenue to receive your visa bc this won’t deliver anything but frustration. If I could give a zero I would! Paid for an expedited visa for Uzbekistan which should take 1-3 days and now I’m on day 5 and nothing. I have a plane ticket but no visa and no answers from the company. They respond with “have patience” sure no problem..give me a refund for both my crap visa process AND my plane ticket. And also the awful customer service. They don’t respond to emails and if you do a live chat they literally exit the chat when you ask more than 5 questions. And if you tweet them it gets deleted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
