Excellent customer engagement by the customer services team once the faults were reported and hadn’t been dealt with quickly. The issue of the annoying gas hob taking ages for the rings to stay alight with the starter mechanism clicking away was resolved with some User training by the repair engineer. I hope others find this useful too, the gas control knobs need to be pushed in “fully” for the gas ring starting to be successful.
