I felt this supplement gave me a bit more energy, I have not yet taken it long enough to know if it has any health benefits. I like the product but discontinued it as I dislike having to be on automatic delivery. But a positive was they responded promptly when I emailed to cancel so I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
