It seems like a serious company, but it's not.
At first glance, a serious company with good products at competitive prices with a description of good support and service. With my first order, I found out that this is not exactly the case. My purchase was sent on time, but with the most fake courier company possible, which has not been operating in my country for a long time. Accordingly, my delivery got stuck somewhere without real tracking information, and Bluetti support does not answer any inquiries. This means that they cannot provide any warranty support and customer support at all. Everything that is described as support seems to be fake and should be kept in mind when purchasing. Overall the products look nice, but for now, even though I made a purchase, I don't have a chance to test the product. By the way, eventually, with a long delay (due to the local courier company), the charging station arrived. It looks and works very well and seems like a very good deal for this price.
