Elese went beyond what I called for
I called because I had received an email from First Tech with instructions I couldn't follow. My account on the internet didn't show the pages mentioned in the email. Elese answered my call. She was understanding, considerate, and professional. She took the time to get ahold of the email I'd gotten, walked through it with me, and researched a solution. She also looked at my account and noticed something new that I could do to increase my dividends. She went beyond what I had called for.
