I ordered a light fixture that I should have ordered from a normal lighting store like Lumens, 1-800 Lighting, NY lighting or Capital Lighting. These companies deliver within a week or less. When I contacted France & Son about the delay in shipping it became apparent it was going to take a month to get my lighting fixture even though it was in stock. I told them to cancel the order, they stated i had to do it online. I got a quick response back after canceling that i was not allowed to even though they had not even shipped the product yet. I can cancel anything I want to if you haven't shipped my item. Their response was more of a threat than anything. So here is a review to your threat. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED AS CRAP COMPANY. THEY ARE CHARGING YOU AND HOLDING YOUR FUNDS FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS SO THEY CAN EARN INTEREST ON YOUR MONEY.
