Fraudulent, Scamming, and Unprofessional
I knew from the beginning I should not purchase with this company but it was recommended by my stylist. USPS marked my item as delivered but did not get me my package until days later after my appointment passed so I wasn’t able to use the hair. I have been trying to return this for about 2 weeks and all they want to do is offer you a partial refund instead of a label. I requested a label they denied me this I’ve asked for the return address and they won’t share that. This should be on the site I shouldn’t even have to ask. Not to mention you can only return if they approve it beforehand. This company is much like many of THOSE other hair companies, greedy unethical and exploiting customers from my community. I will be reporting them to the BBB & FTC, I’m so disgusted.
