Let me begin by stating that I rarely (never) write reviews however, in this particular case I decided to make an exception. Mary Ann and her associate Nikki at Care Patrol truly exemplify the concept of delivering customer service far beyond anything I could have anticipated. My brother and I were faced with the unfamiliar and stressful task of finding a facility for our beloved aunt. Mary Ann and Nikki guided us through the facility review process. They were with us via phone, email and the on site visits. They were unbelievably responsive without being "pushy" or suggestive. With their help my brother and I were able to make a very comfortable decision.
