They are using the wrong postage…
They are using the wrong postage service! I'm absolutely disgusted. Hundreds of pounds of equipment were left at the bottom of my block. No one rang the bell or knocked on my door. My parcels were basically dumped in the most convenient place for the driver. Anyone could have taken them! They were not even left outside my door.
