Very satisfying experience!
The hearing aids I have worn for several years still allowed ample hearing but could not give me the clarity I needed. Leyla patiently listened to my problem and gave me options that should better fit my situation. She recommended three different ones that were best for clarity. After discussing each, I chose to place my order for Oticon. An appointment was scheduled for a hearing test in office with a local audiologist who then worked with Leyla directly to be sure I got the best hearing aids and technology for my problem. There was never any pressure from Yes Hearing/Leyla to order any particular one or price range. In fact, she made it clear that I could start with one and then change to another until I was satisfied as long as I stayed within the trial period. Although at the beginning I was uneasy dealing with an on-line company that I knew nothing about, Yes Hearing/Leyla has done what they said they would, answered many questions and filled the order promptly. They made the process a pleasant one.
