Almost 2,5 years ago I submitted a simple case to be taken care of by Compensair. In the meantime I have heard from you only to repeatedly submit some paperwork, including my passport. Is 2,5 years a standard waiting time not to receive any feedback? Shall I wait next years to have my compensation fully ruined by inflation? Thank you for your response.
