Slow delivery and bad customer services
I placed my order nearly two months ago and have still not received it. Ordered it for a wedding but did not receive it in time which is fine. I'm also disappointed by the lack of communication and updates during this time despite I tried to contact them couple times but received very generic responds ( probably by AI agents). Very unsure if I would receive my order.
