Total scam: update!
As soon as Clorys attempted to charge $24 shipping for a $36 item, I emailed SEVEN times to cancel order. No response. I contacted PayPal and my credit card company. Clorys did not acknowledge any emails. Received an email thanking me for order and asking if I had any worries. Seriously?! I will continue disputing this charge and sharing on social networks. Company emailed and asked for email so they could send refund. Never did. UPDATE: Clorys replied here over ONE MONTH LATER yet STILL has not refunded the agreed upon amount of shipping + $29. I have emailed more than TWO DOZEN times. Buyer Beware! FINAL UPDATE: our credit card company finally resolved this issue through the dispute process. Clorys "promised" to refund less than purchase charge, but never did. Thankful for credit card company's actions.
