No Customer Service ...... at all
This Company are one of the most prominent currently in the market of 3d Printers, they have some very good products however they are frequently let down by very poor quality control issues. Without going into my recent experience in detail I attempted, on more than one occasion, to get some help from technical support. Unfortunately you end up repeating yourself again and again and again because the Chinglish response are irrelevant to your issue. Ok its China but for a Company that sells worldwide you would expect to be able to be understood. After wasting 4 weeks and becoming so frustrated and annoyed I returned the printer and left a negative review elsewhere, Interestingly they then became interested but it was too little too late. If anyone is contemplating the purchase of a creality printer I would strongly advise purchasing through a reputable UK based reseller, ok you may pay a little more but its worth it when your issues are sorted for you by people who understand. Another thing to substantiate my comments here is that if you contact them with a sales enquiry the response is almost immediate and understandable. Unfortunately It does feel its a case of 'once they have your money' its orry du not unda stond misster'. I should add that I have two other Creality printers that have been very good and were almost an 'out of the box' experience but with the growing popularity comes complacency and they really do not seem to care
