Thought by reviews it would be a long process but was not
Giving a 4 only because we had an issue on a watch given as a gift and shouldn’t have even minor issues 30 days in. But that being said we contacted them, took it to a jeweler for the fix, submitted the cost and we were reimbursed quickly. Watch is nice looking so glad it survived the process.
