They hounded me on Facebook for months and I finally succumbed and ordered four garments. The confirmation was partially in Chinese and awkwardly worded. I found then some pretty scary reviews on Trustpilot and could have kicked myself. One item wasn't in stock and according to site it would be shipped in 20 days. The three other items were, according to the site, to ship within 24 hours of payment. About a week went by and I sent an e-mail asking about delivery. The response was prompt and indicated that they were waiting to ship all of my items. When I indicated that this was not okay, they shipped the three in stock items right away. A button fell off a jacket as I was removing it from the bag. Otherwise, it's not the finest made clothing on the planet but I'm happy enough with my purchases and will wear all of the garments. I inquired about the remaining item and got the impression that this was going to be a while. They asked for a photo of the loose button and sent a very apologetic response and the offer of a free accessory by way of apology. They seem to be using translator software which I don't think works to their advantage. If what I have withstands a bit of wear and tear and the final item in my order arrives satisfactorily, I would consider ordering again.
