Shoes never arrived. No refund. No replacement.
It's so unfortunate because the shoes are great. I know they're not premium quality or anything, but for someone with foot issues they're a godsend. Sadly, their customer service is abysmal. My shoes never arrived, and they flat out refused to give my money back. They just kept avoiding it, by asking for ever more photos / details, which I continuously provided until eventually they just ghosted altogether. They wouldn't even give me details about the deliver/courier so that I could chase them up. In the UK it is the seller's responsibility to deal with the courier, not the buyer's, so it seems like they're operating illegally in this regard. I had to get my bank to charge back the money from them, which I've never had to do before. Just appalling and eventually they'll probably get in trouble for it.
