Credit Acceptance has been awesome (since day 1 which has been a little over 2 years)to my husband and I. They have treated us with respect and kindness understanding the frustration of everyday life. Working with us, over and over again. Polite, excellent customer service, no threats, just patience. It is definitely a breath of fresh air. I think being kind and trying to work with your customers is what they strive for and it really works.It makes a person that is struggling work so much harder to honor there commitments, because they are so willing to work with us, we don't want to let them down.
