The product does not work
I contacted customer service after the product did not work on my specific device. At first they were not enthusiastic about returning the money to me in full claiming that I was responsible for not checking the compatibility of my device. I ended up talking to Sakara who helped me and pressed for me to get my money back because it was not my fault anyway. * The money was refunded to me in full.
