first purchase challenges.
This was my first purchase through Alibaba.com. The vendor sent me a link that I could not access through the account. The vendor was very helpful through this process - Alibaba.com did not respond to my request for assistance. I ended up deleting the alibaba app which helped. I think the issue I had is resolved and I do intend to continue to use the Alibaba.com platform, however, I do recommend to alibaba to increase its customer service efforts towards first time users. Had it not been for the fantastic support of the vendor, I would have canceled this order and walked away from Alibaba.com.
