Disgrace
My order was delivered to a wrong address and claimed that I received it. I contacted DPD that sent me to Huawei. It's been days. I tried to call, use chat and so far I still didn't get my order... No email confirmation that there is a support ticket raised, no follow up, the agent couldn't even timebox how long it would take them to review my case. Thinking about cancelling the payment. Update: Asked to get a refund and still no money or item. Made lots of life chats, calls and nothing. I mean it feels like a scam now. Will have to get my money back via bank.
