Huge disappointment Big letdown
Placed Halloween costume order in middle of September. No sign of costume by middle of October so started email for updates. No response. Costume finally turned up at end of November, far too late! Zero communication in over 2 months, no explanations, nothing. Now have to return the item if I can find the returns address or if they respond to my latest annoyed email, as no paperwork came with delivery. Shocking company AVOID AT ALL COSTS
