I placed an order
I placed an order - I then received 2 emails - 1 stating my order was suspicious and that they would not refund anything if I tried to return it - and another that said my payment had been blocked and they needed a screenshot of my bank card and my ID - this is not right - I spoke to my bank and this is fraudulent activity - so I have had to cancel my card. I have since asked to cancel the order and receive my money back - I have received numerous replies but none confirming the cancellation or the refund - I have little hope that the money will come back to me. - overall a risk would avoid.
