I had a terrible experience with BeautyHouse.com. I ordered a Mykonos cologne, waited four weeks, and never received it. After all that time, they simply refunded my money without giving me any explanation, apology, or proper communication. Waiting an entire month for an order only to have it canceled and refunded without any explanation is unacceptable. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and I felt like they had no respect for my time as a customer. I would not recommend BeautyHouse.com based on my experience. Very poor communication and horrible customer service. I will not be ordering from them again.
