Moon Magic a little overzealous
Moon Magic has beautiful jewelry and from what I've experienced good service. But this last order was a mess. I was trying to buy an essence ring and pendent for my friend for Christmas and was flagged for fraud using a Visa Gift Card. They asked for ID and a picture of the card. I sent them a picture of the visa gift card but no ID (because it's like using cash no ID necessary)because it's Visa gift card there is no name or identity attached to it. In turn they still wanted Id. I said no, they gave the reply "we need to make sure every information is correct so that we could process the order successfully." I told them it was correct. They still insisted. What, I don't know my address or my name. They already removed the money off the Visa gift card, so really, what's the hold up. Anyway I guess I'll have to shop elsewhere now. Joe
