Byer beware if you decide to return your bag! I have made a purchase of a 300 dollar bag and decided to return as the smell of it was very weirdly toxic.Their website claims its leather, i have my doubts. Immediately after receiving it and withing the policy guidelines of 7 days i emailed them asking for return lable. They send me some fedex lable with not my name , nor my address on it and asked me to ship it via ups. I asked them to check the lable cause its not for me. They emailed back, insisting its all correct (!) Its clearly another persons ame and address. And after 5 days of useless back and forth emailing they stopped replying at all. I tried reaching out via instagram as there is no phone number or any other point of contact. Still no reply and i wasn't able to return the bag. Horrible experience.
