Ordered in March- Now December and still no product
Ordered in March, it's now December and I still haven't gotten it. Minimal communication from the company, only got an update on where it was when I reached out. After a while, they just stopped responding. I have a tracking number that claims it's in the postal service, but nothing has been updated since November 13, almost a month ago. I'm genuinely concerned I'll never get this product and will either be out almost $400 or will have to spend hours arguing with the bank to cancel the order.
