Poor product. NO customer service.
I bought Wondfshare Recoverit to rescue the data files from the SSD in my ThinkPad after a boot sector failure. While the software successfully recovered a small percentage of my data files -- the rest were only partially recovered, listed with a generic file name, or corrupted. I later used CHKDSK /f /r and successfully recovered ALL of my data files in a few hours. I messaged wondershare twice -- to request a refund, and again to express my dissatisfaction when I cancelled my subscription -- and only got automated responses. There is a reason that the reviews online are negative.
