Deceptive marketing; poor customer service
The Speedo size guide is provided as gospel that customers must refer to however the sizing is way off. I am, according to their size guide, between a 30 and a 32 however the 32 was way too small. I did ask Speedo about this and they ignored my concerns and sent a generic email response. WARNING: If you go by the Speedo size guide your costume will be way too small and they will dismiss your concerns and demand a fee to return. Make sure you order at LEAST one or two sizes bigger than the size they recommend.
